It would be nice if we could actually make our own search form for Firefox. But you will think that it would require a lot of scripting knowledge.The answer to this question is a big NO .
Now all you need is just an installed version of Mozilla Firefox(click to download) and the add to search bar plugin (click to download). After installing the plugin, please restart firefox and then continue further..
Now lets get started...
Let me take the example of my own Blog. Right click on the search bar on the right-top corner of the blog and choose add to search bar from the drop down menu.
You'll be prompted to give it a name, I didn't change the name (because i like "Learn Zone")
And now we go to the top corner on our Firefox window, and search whatever you want..
Also, Please spread Firefox. Use a button like this on your blogs,websites or where ever possible.
